World Mental Health Day is fast approaching on October 10th, 2023. We know how important mental health is every day of the year, but on this day in particular there is a central focus on how we can better improve mental health around the globe.

Lose weight with hypnosis

lose weight with hypnosisAs George Clooney can vouch, there are difficult ways to lose weight – alternatively, you can lose weight with hypnosis. Four days before he was due to start work on his new movie, George Clooney was rushed to hospital with excruciating stomach pains.
“I think I was trying too hard to lose the weight quickly and probably wasn’t taking care of myself,” the star said. Diagnosed with pancreatitis, the actor had to spend days in hospital. The 59-year-old had lost nearly 2st for his upcoming role.
It all starts in the mind…
Diets are full of promise, and losing a few pounds early on provides continued hope. But then you plateau and start to think of the foods that you would really like to eat. Sooner or later, a couple of bad days follow, and before you know it, the diet’s blown and you’re back to where you started (hence the term ‘yo-yo dieting’).
The truth is that no one enjoys being told what to do – and many diets prescribe what you should do – what you should eat. A good deal of will power is required to stick to them. Your eating patterns are typically long-standing habits that you have learned over years of ‘practice’. These habits run at an unconscious level and are difficult to change by conscious effort and will-power alone.
Did you know that you can lose weight with hypnosis? Hypnosis is an effective way of communicating with that unconscious part of your mind that runs these habits. It can be used to reset your previous conditioning and alter your relationship with food.
When in hypnosis, your unconscious mind can find your own creative, easy and sustainable ways to eat more healthily. It is possible to re-set the direction of your unconscious mind. You then begin to eat for the body you desire, rather than the body you currently have.
