You can stop smoking with hypnosis
But first some bad news…
There’s probably nothing here that you haven’t heard before, but in case you needed reminding:
Smokers die younger. (Regular smokers have a 1 in 2 risk of getting ill and dying early from smoking.)
Smoking can cause a slow and painful death. (Emphysema, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, cancer of the stomach, cancer, kidney and throat.)

Smoking causes fatal lung cancer. (One in two smokers dies prematurely; of these, nearly one in four will die of lung cancer.)
Smoking clogs the arteries and causes heart attacks and strokes. (Smokers are 2-4 times more likely to suffer cardiac arrest than non-smokers. Heavy smokers (consuming 20 or more cigarettes a day) have 2-4 times greater risk of stroke than non-smokers.)

Smoking when pregnant harms your baby. (Infants of parents who smoke are twice as likely to suffer from serious respiratory infection than the children of non-smokers.)
Smoking may reduce the blood flow and causes impotence. (The British Medical Association has calculated that around 120,000 UK men are needlessly impotent as a result of smoking.)
Smoking can damage the sperm and decreases fertility.
Smoking causes ageing of the skin.
Smoking also seriously harms others around you

…and some good news!
Hypnosis is an effective way to increase motivation and condition the mind and body to enable you to finally stop smoking. It is generally thought to be twice as effective as nicotine patches and 4-5 times as effective as will power alone. Hypnosis, like all stop smoking approaches, is a tool – there are no guarantees, but like any good tool, if we put it to use effectively, the likelihood is that we will get the job done. Perhaps what is most satisfying is that it is a joint effort – you have a part to play of course and it will be rewarding for both of us to see that habit finally kicked into touch.
What Tim’s clients say:
“If you have been thinking about using hypnotherapy to achieve a goal, I can highly recommend Tim. He took the time to question and really listen to my answers, adapting his approach accordingly to provide a truly meaningful and personal experience. I wasn’t sure it would work, but I am delighted to say that I have not had a cigarette since my second and last session with Tim, over two months ago. “

Benefits of Stopping Smoking
Stopping smoking reduces the risk of fatal heart and lung diseases. (Within 10/15 years of giving up smoking, an ex-smoker’s risk of developing lung cancer is only slightly greater than that of a non-smoker. This BBC article entitled Lungs ‘Magically’ heal from smoking is very encouraging.
Within five years of giving up, the risk of having a heart attack is around half that of a smoker, and within 10 years, the same as that of someone who has never smoked.)
What happens after you stop smoking? Immediate rewards • Within 12 hours after your last cigarette, your body will begin to heal itself. Levels of carbon monoxide and the small amount of remaining nicotine in your system will decline rapidly, and your heart and lungs will begin to repair the damage caused by cigarette smoke. Within a few days you will probably begin to notice some remarkable changes in your body. Your sense of smell and taste may improve. You will breathe easier, and your smoker’s hack will begin to disappear, although you may notice that you will continue to cough for a while. And you will be free of the mess, smell, inconvenience, expense and dependence of cigarette smoking.
